Breakfast for dinner is always a hit in our household.

I also know that sometimes dinner has to be done quicker than the amount of time it takes to whip up egg whites, so sometimes we just make chaffles: whipping up one egg with a half cup of grated cheese and throwing it into the waffle iron!
We love to add a little bit of keto-friendly sweetener to cream and whip it up to make whipped cream and put berries on top! Lakanto also makes a keto friendly maple syrup!
My one quarrel I have with most breakfasts is the lack of vegetables, so we remedy that by throwing in a couple of vegetables with scrambled eggs! Tonight we added broccoli and spinach, but anything works!
And of course sausage or bacon is a good keto side!
